We’re fully aware that not all businesses in the glazing industry are squeaky clean. There have been enough consumer programmes over the years to frighten any window buyer. That’s why we’re open and upfront about the standards we operate to. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved and we’re not going to let our customers down with inferior quality products, shoddy workmanship or false promises.

Our products, processes and designs are highly accredited. We’ve been tested, certified and “rubber stamped” by trusted authorities like the British Standards Institute and The Association of Chief Police Officers. We use the best materials we can, responsibly sourced and of certifiable quality. When regulations change, we’re a step ahead ensuring that we can prove our products are safe, reliable and fit for purpose.

We use a network of fabricators and installers to make and fit our windows, doors and conservatories. We carefully assess everyone, support them technically, and ensure they are competent and registered with the appropriate trade bodies.
